摘要 国有企业的经营者等关键人是企业的重要人力资源,构建行之有效的激励与约束机制是促使其发挥活力的重要保障。基于动态股权激励模型,综合考虑收入分配、股权及岗位管理三方面因素,设计一种有机嵌套的联动响应机制以改进激励约束效力,从而实现对传统组合式人力资源激励与管理模式的创新。 As the key persons, the managers of state-owned enterprises are the important human resource. Constructing the efficient encouragement and restraint mechanism is the important guarantee to promote them giving play to vigour. Based on the dynamic stock ownership encouragement model and synthetically considering the income distribution, stock ownership and pest management factors, we can design an organic combined respond mechanism to improve the eneourgement and restraint efficiency and realize innovation on the traditional encouragement and management pattern of the human resource.
