摘要
为了观察寿星宝对脑血流量的影响，采用结扎一侧颈动脉造成脑供血不足模型，利用氢气清除法测定血流量。结果显示结扎后脑血流量明显降低，应用寿星宝血流量明显提高，作用强度与灯盏花素相似，但是对正常组无明显影响。
Rabbit model with cerebral ischemia was set up by ligation of one of the carotids to observe the effect of Shouxingbao on the cerebral blood flow(CBF). CBF was measured by means of hydrogen clearance. The results showed that CBF increased markedly in Shouxingbao group and breviscapine group while showed no changes in normal control group.It is concluded that Shouxingbao could obviously increased CBF in rabbit with cerebral ischemia.
