电影是一种具有商品属性的艺术品,在经济全球化程度不断加深的大背景下,文化经济与影响力已经成为综合国力的重要内容。中国电影要在激烈的国际竞争中站稳脚跟,就必须按照市场规律,把电影作为产业来发展,建立现代企业制度,形成公平规范、竞争有序、优胜劣汰、充满活力的产业运作机制。
Film is a commodity attributes of works of art. Under the background of economic globalization deepening the cultural economy and influence have become an important aspect of overaLl national strength. In the fierce international competition, Chinese films want to get a firm foothold, it must act in accordance with the laws of the market, develop the film as the industry, establish modem enterprise system, form the fair, orderly competition, survival of the fittest and powerful operating mechanism of the industry.
