农村宅基地整理及模式探析

保护耕地资源、实现耕地总量的动态平衡,对于中国粮食安全问题具有决定性的意义。由于长期来,农村宅基地规模和布局的不合理,导致大量耕地被侵占,农村闲置用地逐年增加,从保护耕地和节约集约利用土地的角度来看,有必要对农村宅基地进行整理。首先对农村宅基地的现状、问题及其导致这种现状和问题的原因进行了分析,最后提出了几种农村宅基地的整理模式。

The protection of arable land resources, the realization of the dynamic balance of the total arable land for food security in China has a decisive significance. As a result of a long time, the rural homestead of unreasonable size and layout, resulting in the occupation of a large number of arable land, idle land in rural areas has increased year by year, from the protection of arable land and intensive use of land-saving point of view, it is necessary to organize the rural homestead.
