摘要
为了探讨中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌（HP）相关胃炎的疗效，将81例慢性胃炎患者随机分为3组，分别用中药（丹黄丸）、西药（丽珠得乐＋庆大霉素）和中西药联合进行治疗。治疗结果显示，中药组HP根除率60．87％，临床显效率73．13％，活动性炎症消失率43．48％；西药组HP根除率65．00％，临床显效率60．00％，活动性炎症消失率35．00％；中西药联合组HP根除率和临床显效率均为88．00％，活动性炎症消失率72．00％。表明中西药联合治疗HP相关胃炎既有较好的HP根除率，又有很好的改善临床症状和消除胃粘膜组织中活动性炎症的作用。
Eighty-one chronic gastritis patients with HP infection were divided randomly into three groups, which are TWM group treated by De-nol, and gentamicin and danhuang pill, Chinese herbs (CH)group by Danhuang pill, and western medicine (WM )group by De-nol and gentamicin. The results showed that (1) the radical clearance rate of HP was 60. 87% in CH group, 65. 00% in WM group and 88. 00% in TWM group;(2) the obvious curative effective rate was 73. 13 %in CH group,60. 00% in WM group and 88. 00% in TWM group; (3) the eliminating rate of active inflammation was 43. 48% in CH group, 35. 00% in WM group and 72. 00% in TWM group. It is suggested that the integrated method has a quite good effect on treating chronic gastritis with HP infection.
