摘要 通过实验,探讨了超声波频率、强度、清洗时间、清洗温度及清洗液对清洗效率的影响,得出了当超声清洗时间小于30min、超声频率较低、超声强度为0.25W/cm2,清洗液温度较高时,超声清洗效率较高;清洗液的种类对超声清洗影响较大;超声清洗对不同污渍、不同织物的清洗效果不同,对沾有污泥的纯棉布具有较佳的清洗效果。 To study the effect of ultrasonic cleaning to fabric by changing the frequency and intensity of ultrasonic , clean time, clean temperature and cleaning fluid. The optimum physical parameters in ultrasonic cleaning is that the washing time is less than 30min, the frequency of ultrasound is low, the ultrasonic intensity is 0.25 W/cm^2, the temperature of cleaning fluid is high. The type of cleaning fluid influences on the ultrasonic cleaning. The ultrasonic cleaning can be effected by stains and fabric. The muded cotton cloth can be cleaned more easily.
