组织中的奖惩方法探究 被引量:1

摘要 现代企业竞争已拓展到文化竞争的层次。奖惩制度作为企业文化领域内的重要范畴,其重要性越来越受到认同。文章从背景案例的分析入手,论述了强化管理与奖惩方法研究必要性,提出了几种行之有效的激励和惩罚方法。
