摘要
目的提高对水产食品安全标准问题事件的正确应对能力,促进水产食品安全标准的正确使用,为今后使用标准提供事例和借鉴。方法综合运用检索资料、调查研究、比对分析等方法。结果对贝类产品与GB18406.4—2001、肯定列表与条斑紫菜、腌醉泥螺与GB10136—2005三例水产食品标准问题的应对过程进行了实例介绍与分析,较好地应对处置了"危机"。结论提出了应对水产食品安全标准问题的四项建议:(1)与媒体互动互信;(2)审慎使用标准;(3)严谨制定标准;(4)执法者应更多地参与到标准制定工作中。
Objective To improve the responsive capability to crises on aquatic food products to advance the proper use of aquatic foods safety standard.Method Comprehensively use searching information,investigation and research,comparison and analyses and other methods.Results Three cases of response to aquatic food safety standards crises were introduced and analysed on shellfish products versus national standard GB 18406.4-2001,positive list versus P. yezoensis Ueda,and preserved Bullacta exarata versus national standard GB 10136-2005. The crises were response and treated successfully. Conclusion Four recommendations for dealing with the crises of aquatic safety standards were proposed: (1) interaction and mutual trust with the media; (2) prudent and cautious use of standards; (3) formulating standards rigorously; O the person involving in the enforcement of standards should take part in practical works.
