Analysis on the Lead-Contamination of Foods in Guangzhou City in 2008

摘要 目的探讨我市常见食品铅污染情况,为食品安全性评价和制定针对性措施提供科学依据。方法采取分层抽样方法,在全市9个区餐饮企业、肉菜市场、零售店、超级市场、批发点等6类采样点,分阶段抽取10大类食品进行检测。结果1025份样品检测,合格940份,合格率91.71%。蛋及蛋制品、粮食、奶及奶制品、水果、水产品、禽畜肉类均有部分样品超标。结论我市主要食品铅含量整体超标情况不严重,但粮食类、水果、蛋及蛋制品等超标比例较高,需引起重视。 Objective To explore the situation of foods contaminated by lead and to provide basic data for assessing food-safety and establishing relevant measures. Methods Stratified sampling was used to select 10 kinds of food from 9 districts in Guangzhou city in six types of sampling points,such as catering business,meat markets,retail stores,supermarkets and wholesale markets. Results Among the 1?025 samples selected,940 samples were qualified,accounting for 91.71%. The lead content of soy products, tea, vegetables and cooked meat samples were all qualified, but that of part of egg and egg products, cereals, milk and milk products, fruits, aquatic products and meat samples were exceeding the standard upper limits. Conclusion As a whole, lead contamination in foods was not serious in Guangzhou city, but the situation of exceeding standard upper limits was still existed. More attention must be paid to the content of lead in fruits, egg and egg products. Supervision and surveillance for those products should be strengthened.
