摘要
将间歇式超声波细胞破碎法应用于猪血中氯化血红素的提取,进行破碎功率、时间和红细胞浓度对红细胞破碎程度的影响试验.测得红细胞破碎的最佳条件为:超声波破碎功率为200W,时间为10min,红细胞与加入水的比例为5:1;提取氯化血红素的收率为75.31%(以红细胞的量计).
The method for extracting heroin from pork blood using ultrasonic hemolysis was studied. By intermittent ultrasonic hemolizing red blood ceils, centrifuging, extracting and drying, the crude heroin was gained. The broken degree of impaction with broken power, time and concentration of red blood cells was investigated. The best breaking conditions of red blood cells are: ultrasonic broken power of 200W, for 10minutes, adding water and red blood cells ratio of 5:1, and the yield is 75.31% while using this method.
