高压氧单次暴露对小鼠红细胞免疫功能的影响(论著) 被引量:1

The Effect of a single hyperbaric oxygen exposure on erythrocyte immune function in mice

摘要 目的:探讨高压氧(HBO)对红细胞免疫功能的影响及其机理。方法:小鼠暴露于0.25MPa(2.5ATA)99.2%O2的HBO下2小时,测定红细胞免疫粘附功能、过氧化脂质含量及血浆β-内啡肽浓度。同时观察注射SOD、维生素E或纳洛酮对红细胞免疫功能的保护作用。结果:在HBO暴露下,红细胞过氧化脂质含量、血浆β-内啡肽浓度明显升高,红细胞免疫粘附功能显著下降;同时应用SOD、维生素E或纳洛酮对红细胞免疫功能有保护作用。结论:HBO单次暴露能显著抑制红细胞免疫功能,这种作用可能与自由基对红细胞的氧化损伤及机体应激有关。 Aim:To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)on erythrocyte immune function and its mechanism.Methods:Mice were exposed to 99.2% oxygen at 0.25 MPa for two hours and the erythrocyte immune adherence function,erythrocyte lipid peroxide(LPO)contents and plasma β endorphin(β EP)concentration were determined.At the same time,the protective effects of injection of SOD,vitamin E or naloxone on erythrocyte immune function were also observed.Results:The LPO contents and β EP concentration were markly increased during the HBO exposure;however,the erythrocyte immune function was shown to have protected by the injection of SOD,vitamin E or naloxone.Conclusion:The erythrocyte immune function in mice could be markedly suppressed by a single HBO exposure,which is possibly related with oxygen free radical induced oxidative injuries and the stress of the body
