Effect of hyperbaric oxygen on type I allergic reaction and immune function

摘要 目的:探讨高压氧(HBO)对Ⅰ型变态反应及一些免疫功能指标的影响。方法:将实验动物(大鼠,小鼠,兔)分为对照组和HBO组(HBO处理5天或10天),HBO处理为每天在0.25MPa(2.5ATA)压力下吸99.2%氧2小时。然后各组分别观察测定Ⅰ型变态反应及免疫功能几项指标的改变,并进行组间比较分析。结果:HBO处理可以减轻大鼠同种被动皮肤过敏反应和小鼠的异种被动皮肤过敏反应,还可以抑制干酪素引起的小鼠肥大细胞脱颗粒反应。在免疫功能方面,HBO处理使家兔末梢血T淋巴细胞数明显下降,小鼠抗体形成细胞数目明显减少。结论:在本实验条件下,HBO处理可防止或减轻动物Ⅰ型变态反应的发生,同时对细胞免疫功能和体液免疫功能也有显著的抑制作用。 Aim:To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)on type Ⅰ allergic reaction and some indexes of immune function.Methods:Test animals(rats,mice,rabbits)were devided into the control group and HBO groups(HBO treatment for 5 or 10 days).The HBO treatment was pure oxygen(99 2%)inhalation for 2 hours each day under 0.25 MPa abs pressure.Then the evidence of type Ⅰ allergic reaction and changes of some immune function indexes were observed and measured in these groups and were comparatively analyzed.Results:HBO treatment could alleviate both the rat homo passive skin allergic reaction and the mice hetero passive skin allergic reaction;it could also inhibit the tyroxin induced mice mast cell degranulation,reduce markedly the peripheral blood T lymphocyte in rabbits,and significantly decrease the number of antibody producing cells in mice.Conclusion:Under our experimental condition,the HBO treatment has shown to have prevented the occurance or alleviate the type Ⅰ allergic reaction in test animals;meanwhile,the cellular immune function as well as body fluid immune function were inhibited remarkbly.
