国家评选精品课程项目已有6年时间。审视6年来精品课程项目实施情况,尚存在如下一些缺陷:影响力不够强、使用率不够高、更新性不够快、互动性不够好、资源量不够大。之所以出现上述问题,根本原因在于精品课程应用机制不健全、不完善。思考、探索、构建一套成熟的管理应用机制是保障精品课程有效持久运行使用的重要举措。

National Exquisite Course Selection has been implemented about six years. The process still has some defects as follows： weak influence, low utilization rate, slow updating, few interactivity and inadequate resources. The basic reason of these phenomena is that the application mechanism of exquisite course is not well complete. In order to ensure the effective and lasting using of exquisite course, it is very important to construct a set of mature management and application mechanism.
