Deconstruction and Reconstruction of Teachers' Culture in Newly-built Universities:A Perspective of Organization Culture

新建本科院校的教师文化建设任重而道远。在分析新建本科院校的教师文化建设现状的基础上,文章从组织文化的视角认为,必须从治校者反思教师文化、构建和完善现代大学制度、建立学习型组织等多种途径,对组织实体新建本科院校的教师文化进行建设和重塑。

Newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities face a difficult situation to develop teachers culture. Based on the analysis of present situation of teachers culture in newly-built colleges and universities, the paper tries to give some suggestions from the perspective of organization culture, which includes reflecting teachers culture first, constructing and perfecting modern university system, forming learning organization and so forth. Only by great effort can newly-built colleges and universities reconstruct their teachers culture.
