摘要
教师期望是指教师在对学生的知觉感受基础上产生的对学生行为结果的某种预测性认知。近年来,国内外的心理学与教育学研究者对教师期望理论进行了大量的实证研究,确定了教师期望的概念和几种典型的理论模型。文章重点介绍了教师期望理论模型,教师期望对学生身心和学习诸方面的影响,而且教师期望对学生全面发展的影响是极为显著。
Teacher expectancy refers to the teachers" cognitive prediction of students" behavior results on the basis of students" perception. Recently, a lot of experimental research has been done in the realm of teacher expectancy theory at home and abroad. There are several kinds of classic theory model. This paper expounds teacher expectancy theory model and its physical and psychology effect on junior middle school students.
