摘要
在国际炭阳极质量标准当中,空气渗透率是反映预焙阳极质量的一项重要指标,但国内质量指标尚未纳入。在当前电解普遍强化电流的情况下,预焙阳极的空气渗透率对电解过程中阳极的过量消耗有着重要的影响。本文从石油焦质量、黏结剂质量、煅烧工艺控制、干料配比和黏结剂用量、生阳极焙烧等方面分析探讨了影响预焙阳极空气渗透率的因素,并提出了降低预焙阳极空气渗透率的措施,包括对原料的优选混配、煅烧工艺改进、配方优化、焙烧质量提高等。
Air permeability is one of the most important factor which can reflect the anode quality in the international quality standards for the carbon anode, but it hasn't been included in the national standards. Under the circumstances of enhancing electrolytic current,Air permeability plays a very important role in the anode excessive reaction. In this paper,the effects of the prebaked anode such as petroleum coke,coal pitch,impurity elements,formula and content of coal pitch ,and all sorts of production technological conditions on anode quality were discussed. By this, the measure that can decrease air permeability, such as : metching raw material before calcination process,optimizing the calcination and baking process control,improve the experimental formula etc,was put forward.
