Study on Relationship between Social Capital and Graduate Employment

本文基于对社会资本相关理论的回溯,按照理论研究展开的逻辑顺序,梳理了"社会资本与大学生就业关系"研究的相关论域,并做出评析和展望。文章指出,在社会资本与大学生就业关系的研究中,必须厘清相关概念,规范社会资本测量指标,拓宽学术视野,提高该理论研究的学术水平和应用价值。

Based on the review of relevant social capital theory and according to logical order of theoretical study, the paper summarizes relevant domains of research on ＂relationship between social capital and graduate employment＂, and makes comment and outlook. The paper points out that it is necessary to clearly define relevant concepts, standardize measurement index of social capital, broaden academic view, and enhance the academic level and application value of theoretical study.
