摘要
教育投入是否均衡关系到教育公平的实现。在我国,由于教育投入的不均衡,贫困地区的教育发展受到严重影响。要改变这一状况,应从四方面作出努力:一是扩大中央财政对贫困地区的教育支付转移规模,加大教育投入力度;二是建立科学合理的政绩考核评价体系,保障地方教育经费的合理支出;三是优化贫困地区教育投入结构,加强重点教育项目的建设;四是拓宽贫困地区教育经费的来源渠道,实现投入主体的多元化。
Equalization of educational investment is related to the realization of educational equity. In China, the imbalance of educational investment has seriously influenced educational development of poor areas. In order to change this situation, we should make great efforts from four aspects： first, expanding the central finance＇s educational payment transfer scale to poor areas to enlarge educational investment;second, establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation system for the performance of local government official to guarantee the reasonable expenditure of local educational funds; third, optimizing the structure of educational investment in poor areas to strengthen construction of key education projects;fourth, broadening the capital source channels of education in poor areas to achieve the diversification of investment subject.
