摘要
美国著名教育家杜威的思想体系蕴涵丰富,在关注人之发展的大视角下,杜威对"职业"、"职业与人的关系"和"教育与职业的关系"等方面都有深入的探究,这对后续的职业生涯研究有着启发和指引作用。本文主要从"职业的生涯意义"、"职业生涯的发展"等方面对杜威论著中有关职业生涯理念进行挖掘和解读,揭示其深刻意义。
As an American famous educationist, John Dewey＇s educational ideological system contains abundant contents. Under the perspective of paying attention to individual development, he deeply studies ＂occupation＂, ＂the relationship between occupation and human＂ and ＂the relationship between education and career＂, which plays important enlightening and guiding roles in the subsequent study of career. This paper mainly digs and interprets John Dewey＇s educational thought about career from aspects of ＂the meaning of career＂ and ＂career development＂, and then reveals the profound meaning of his educational thought.
