摘要
美国《不让一个孩子落伍》法案在实施过程中遇到许多的问题:法案严厉的处罚措施引起学校的强烈不满、不断增多的考试给学生和考试机构带来巨大压力、教育分流导致教育不平等现象、非考试学科教学时间的萎缩、教师专业发展受阻、联邦教育资金不到位等。这些问题需在即将重新授权的修正案中得到相应调整。
There are many problems during implementation process of No Child Left behind Act in America： severe punitive measures of Act arouse strong dissatisfaction among schools; increasing tests bring enormous pressure to students and examination institution;education streaming exacerbates the inequality of education;the teaching time of non-test curriculum shrinks; teacher professional development is hindered; the Federal education fund is insufficient. All issues should be adjusted properly in the forthcoming amendments.
