用邓小平价值理论培养当代大学生科学择业观

On the Cultivation of University Students' Scientific Outlook on Job Choosing with Deng Xiaoping Theory of Values

近年来,高校毕业生就业难已成为社会的热门话题和中央十分关注的社会问题。教育部长周济将这一问题概括为"有人没事干,有事没人干"。本文通过对当代普通高校大学毕业生择业误区的分析,探求当前大学毕业生就业困难的主观方面的问题,得出以邓小平价值理论为指导,培养当代大学毕业生科学择业观是解决问题的关键之一这一结论。

In recent years, the employment problem of university students has aroused increasing attention from society to Central Government. This paper tries to analyze the wrong ideas of university students in choosing a job and concludes that university students themselves should develop a scientific outlook on job choosing with Deng Xiaoping theory of values.
