摘要
就业主体意识培养是一种全新的就业指导理念,要充分认识到大学生就业主体意识培养的重要性,并通过更新教育观念、加强自主教育,开展职业生涯规划,引导大学生积极投身实践和实施创业教育等形式来实现。
One of the latest ideas of university students＂ employment guidance is to cultivate students＇ consciousness of employment subject. This paper discusses about the significance and methods of cultivating their subject consciousness, such as updating the educational ideas, strengthening students＇selfteaching, helping students planning their future careers and encouraging students to take part in venture practice.
