公立医院融资机制形成的理论分析及现实路径选择

目的:论证公立医院融资是否可行及探索如何选择合适融资方式。方法:利用文献研究法分析、权衡公立医院融资的利弊。结果:实现从传统的医院制度到现代医院制度的转变,关键是医院融资机制的转变。当前债权融资常用。国家制定政策引导社会资金以多种方式参与公立医院改制重组。结论:公立医院既有融资的可行性,同时也有必要性,要选择经济上成本最低和风险最小的合适方式才能取得好的效果。

Objective： To demonstrate the feasibility of public hospital＇s financing and to explore the best style.Methods： To analyze and weigh the advantages and disadvantages of public hospital＇s financing with documentary research method.Results： It is the key to the financing mechanism for the hospital system changes on transforming traditional hospital systems into modern ones.Credit financing is often use recently.In China the government made policy to attract social capital and participate in the reorganization and changing system of public hospital.Conclusion： It is feasible as well as necessary for public hospital＇s financing.To achieve the perfect result,only the most cost-effective and least risky style may be undertaken.
