文章结合实际情况,提出完善农村卫生服务体系、推进基层医疗机构转型、引进科学的卫生人力资源管理机制、加强农村公共卫生、加快农村卫生信息化建设和继承与发展畲族传统医药文化等7个方面的对策与建议。

The author try to find the difficulties through field trips and literature review.Based on actual practice,this paper will give the following suggestions： Improving and innovating rural health system,increasing budget of health care,strengthening the construction of primary health institutions,implementation of scientific health human resource management,reinforcing the public health system in the rural areas,speeding up the health system informatization,inheritance and development of traditional medicine of She Ethnic Autonomous County,and so on.
