摘要
通过ANSYS有限元软件分析发现,数控落地铣镗床TK6913B由于双驱机构的位置,严重阻碍了主轴箱的下移距离,而导致立柱的变形。根据这一缺陷,采取了改变双驱机构位置的办法,使立柱变形量减到最小,可提高刀具对工件的加工精度,对TK6913B的改进设计提供了理论依据。
The ANSYS FEA software results show that the column of CNC floor - type milling and boring machine TK6913B is deformed.
