摘要
将球化包包盖设计成下面带锥形密封环肋并与可更换的双环夹芯石棉密封圈结合,实现了盖包密封球化。与冲入法相比,采用盖包密封球化法可减少0.48%的球化剂使用量,减少30~40℃铁液温降,且降低了曲轴产品夹渣废品率,改善了作业环境。
The spheroidizing process with sealed lid realized under the condition that a cone-shaped sealed rib in combination of the withdrawable sandwich asbestos seal ring attached to the lid of spheroidizing ladle. Compared with common spheroidization treatment, the new process has reduced 0.48% nodularizer usage and decreased 30-40 ℃for the molten iron temperature falling down so as to lower the reject ratio of slag inclusion for product of crankshaft, with improved operational environment.
