基于Lab Windows/CVI的介温测试系统设计

摘要 针对目前手动测试介温常数效率低的问题,采用Lab Windows/CVI开发环境以及GPIB总线接口标准,通过调用动态连接库,实现了主控计算机与带有IEEE488总线接口的DELTA 9023及Agilent 4294A之间的GPIB通信,完成了远程自动化测试系统的设计。系统运行结果表明,该系统能满足介温常数的全自动测试要求,运行稳定,准确度高。 In view of the inefficiency of non-automatic testing of dielectric constant-temperature,Lab Windows/CVI development environment and GPIB bus interface standard were used to realize GPIB correspondence between master control computer and DELTA 9023 accompanied with IEEE-488 bus interface as well as Agilent of 4294A by using the dynamic link library.The design of remote automatic testing system was achieved.The proposed system meets the requirement of the automatic testing of dielectric constant-temperature.It operates with stability and high accuracy.
