摘要 采用Plastic Advisor模块进行了塑料齿轮的充模模拟。通过设置不同的浇口数量、模具温度和注射温度,分析了注塑压力、熔接痕分布、气穴分布和熔体温度分布情况,确定了最佳的浇口数量、位置以及相应的塑料齿轮成型的工艺参数,以减少注塑缺陷,提高制品质量。结合模拟分析结果利用Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire软件设计了塑料齿轮的三维注塑模具,实现了模具的参数化设计,大大提高了注塑模设计效率。 The flow of plastic gear was stimulated by means of Plastic Advisor software.The injection pressure,the distribution of weld lines and air traps and melt temperature were analyzed by selecting different gate numbers,mould temperature,injection temperature.The injection defect was reduced and the quality of plastic gear was improved by optimizing gate number and location and injection molding process parameters of plastic gear.Parametric three dimensional injection mould of plastic gear was designed based on the simulation result by using Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire software. The design efficiency of injection mould was improved.
