结合期刊费用管理的流程和个人税收管理的要求,对杂志社及其主管财务部门共同关心的期刊运行相关费用的管理模式和策略进行了探讨,提出了期刊网络化运行管理的模式和费用共同管理的策略,并对其实现方法进行了阐述。解决了学术期刊税收实时监管的难题。

Based on the requirements of the management flow of periodical cost and personal taxation management,the mode and the strategy of periodical cost management were analyzed.It is a great concern from both R＆TI and Finance Department,A periodical networking operating management mode and a strategy of cost co-management were proposed.The description of the implement was presented.The theory and the implement method have figured out the challenge of real-time supervision of college academic periodical taxation and cost.
