Simulation Optimization of the Collaboration of Supply Chains

供应链协作是供应链成员企业之间的一种复杂的博弈行为,由于供应链协作的非线性和不确定性,本文提出采用仿真技术对供应链系统进行仿真研究。在构建的虚拟供应链的基础上,选取Witness作为仿真工具,通过模型的运行结果分析出供应链系统中的"瓶颈"和导致供应链缺乏协作的原因,从而提出有效的加强供应链协作的策略,并通过设置模型中的参数对供应链系统进行改善,以达到提高供应链运作效率、优化供应链协作的目的。

The collaboration of supply chains is a kind of complex game behaviors among Players of supply chains. Since the nonlinear and uncertainty properties of the supply chain collaboration, this paper proposes a simulation model to analyze the supply chain. Wit- ness is selected as a tool to build the simulation model. Based on the results of the simulation, the factors of ＂bottleneck＂ and the reasons for the lack of collaboration are achieved. Multiple strategies are proposed to improve the collaboration of the supply chain. The supply chain is also optimized by manipulating parameters of the model.
