It has become a very essential task for all colleges to improve the students abilities of listening and speaking in their English teaching.In this article,the author just gives a brief introduction of the training methods she has obtained in English listening and speaking teaching practice,which is aimed at strengthening the teachers and students awareness of the significance of English listening and speaking,while actually realizing the practicality of English linguistic study.
