沧州城乡居民女性妊娠与肛周疾病的流行病学调查

Epidemiological Investigation on Pregnancy and Crissal Diseases Among Female Residents of Cangzhou

目的了解沧州城乡居民女性妊娠与肛周疾病的发病情况。方法人群问卷调查法。问卷通过某一居委会和某一中学统一发放,规定时间内填写完成,统一收回。发放6000张,收回有效问卷5724张,有效回收率95.4%,其中妊娠女性1934张。按实际所填写内容进行Excel表统计。结果本组调查本地区城乡居民女性妊娠与肛周疾病的发病情况:肛裂患病率10.5%;便秘患病率13.2%,痔疮患病率23.1%,肛周炎性疾病(肛瘘、肛周脓肿、肛周炎)患病率14.7%。结论肛裂、痔疮与妊娠次数呈正相关;便秘与妊娠次数无明显正相关,肛周炎性疾病与妊娠次数无正相关,妊娠女性上述肛周疾病患病率均与睡眠不好、工作性质、生活紧张程度无明显关系,与脑力劳动、体力劳动、居住环境、饮食情况等无明显关系。

Objective To understand the prevalence situation of pregnancy and crissal diseases in the urban and rural female residents of Cangzhou. Methods We conducted a questionnaire investigation in a neighborhood committee and a middle school. Totally 6,000 questionnaires were sent out, .5,724 valid ones were retrieved, with the efficient recovery rate of 9.5.4%, and 1,934 ones were collected from pregnancy women. We stated the content according to the fact in Excel. Results The results of epidemiological investigation of female residents with pregnancy and crissal diseasest were as followed： the incidence rates of anal fissure, constipation, hemorrhoids, and crissal phlogistic diseases （including anal fistula, perianal abscess, and perianal inflammatory diseases） were 10.5 %, 13.2 %, 23.1%, and 14.7 %, respectively. Conclusions There was a positive correlation between the anal fissure or hemorrhoids and the times of pregnancy. No significant positive correlation was found between constipation and the times of pregnancy. There was no correlation between crissal phlogistic diseases and the times of pregnancy. No significant relationship was observed between the incidence of crissal phlogistic diseases and sleeping, the nature of work, the tension of living, mental labor, physical labor, the habitation condition, diet, etc.
