摘要
目的探讨CR尘肺高千伏摄影图像的质量管理与控制。方法对2000张高千伏胸片按质量标准评价分析。重点分析三级片及废片产生的原因。结果CR高千伏胸片中一级片占76.6%,二级片占21.9%,三级片占1.2%,废片占0.3%。三级片及废片缺陷依序为画面、位置、伪影、锐利度、对比度。结论采用CR尘肺高千伏摄影,需要注意多个方面的质量管理与控制。
Objective To discuss the quality management and control of CR imaging with high kilo - voltage of pneumoconiosis. Methods A total of 2,000 high kilo - voltage X - ray chest films were appraised and analyzed according to quality specification. This study paid special attention to analyzing the causes of third - grade film and reject film. Results Among 2,000 high kilo- voltage X - ray chest films, first - grade film accounted for 76.6%, second - grade film 2,1.9%, third - grade film 1.2 %, and reject film 0.3 %. The defect in third - grade film and reject film was picture, followed by position, false shadow, sharp degree, and contrast ratio. Conclusions It is necessary to pay attention to quality management and control from many aspects in OR imaging with high kilo - voltage of pneumoconiosis.
