小儿头皮静脉穿刺套管针时头皮消毒方法研究

Study on Scalp Sterilization of Venous Indwelling Trocar in Infantile Scalp Vein Puncture

目的探讨小儿头皮静脉穿刺套管针时头皮消毒的最有效的方法。方法将100例行头皮静脉套管针穿刺的患儿随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组患儿头皮采用两遍络合碘(碘伏)加一遍酒精的消毒方法,对照组患儿头皮采用两遍酒精消毒的方法。套管针留置过程中观察穿刺部位的皮肤有无红、肿、水泡、脓疱并记录范围,拔出套管针时采集局部皮肤表面的标本进行细菌培养。结果两组比较,穿刺部位的红、肿和细菌培养结果的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿头皮进行套管针穿刺时采用两遍络合碘(碘伏)加一遍酒精的消毒方法能减少局部头皮的反应和感染,较传统的两遍酒精的消毒方法更有效。

Objective To investigate the most efficient method of scalp sterilization of venous indwelling trocar in infantile scalp vein puncture. Methods One hundred children with scalp vein trocar puncture were divided into experimental group and control group Stochastically; experimental group used iodine complex （iodophor） twice and alcohol once, while control group used alcohol twice. Red, swell, blister, and pus blister of the skin of puncture stop were recorded, the specimens selected from the skin surface after vein trocar drawing out were Conducted the bacilli culture. Results Comparison of the two groups showed that there were statistically significant difference in red and swell of the puncture spot and the results of the bacilli culture （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Using iodine complex （iodophor） twice plus alcohol once in infantile scalp sterilization of venous indwelling trocar could be able to reduce the response and the infection of the partial scalp, which is more effective than the traditional method of using alcohol twice.
