Effect of Baicalein on Growth and Metastasis of Human Epidermal Carcinoma Cell Line A431

目的研究黄芩素(BAI)对人表皮癌细胞A431生长和运动能力的影响。方法选取人表皮癌A431细胞株作为研究材料,运用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)分析黄芩素对A431细胞生长的作用,选用BAI细胞无毒性浓度(noncytotoxic concentration,NCC)进行实验;划痕实验测定BAI对A431细胞爬行能力的影响。结果黄芩素使A431细胞增殖能力减弱,爬行能力下降。结论黄芩素在NCC抑制A431细胞运动能力。

Objective To investigate the effect of baicalein on the growth and metastasis of human epidermal carcinoma cell line A431. Methods Non - cytotoxic concentration （NCC） of baicalein was measured on A431 using MTT assay. After treatment with baicalein at NCC, the inhibitory effect of baicalein on A431 motility was determined by wound healing assay. Result Baicalein distinctly decreased the proliferation rate of human epidermal carcinoma cell line A431 and the motility. Conclusion Baicalein can inhibit the human epidermal carcinoma cell A431 motility at a non - cytotoxic concentration.
