摘要
目的了解江西省市级卫生监督机构的卫生人力资源现状,为今后合理的配置市级卫生监督人员提供依据。方法采用普查方法对2007年江西省11所市级卫生监督机构进行调查。结果市级卫生监督机构卫生人员数量偏少,整体素质与全国平均水平相差不大,但各地相差较大,本科以上学历仍显不足。结论增加市级卫生监督机构人员配置,引进、培养高素质的卫生监督人才。
Objective To investigate the current status of human resources of municipal health supervision institutions in Jiangxi, and to provide a scientific basis for reasonable allocation of municipal supervision personnel in future. Method The method of census was used to investigate 11 municipal health supervision institutions of Jiangxi Province in 2007. Results The quantity of health professionals of municipal health supervision institutions was less; though the overall quality is similar as the national average level, but the difference was significant among the different municipal health supervision institutions, and the quantity of health professionals with bachelor or higher degree was still less. Conclusions The results suggest that it is necessary to increase the personnel allocation of municipal health supervision institutions, introduce and train the high quality health supervision professionals.
