摘要
从辽宁省农业科学院水稻科研基地水稻根际土壤中分离到2株编号为A2和A9的溶藻细菌,对A2菌株防除青苔效果和对青苔的防除机制进行了研究。结果表明:A2菌株对青苔具有较好的防除效果,当菌体浓度为108cfu·mL-1时,4d后青苔去除率达64.70%;试验结果表明,该菌是通过其分泌物对青苔产生防除作用。无机磷对A2菌株生长有明显影响,当磷浓度(K2HPO4+KH2PO4,1:1)小于3.00g·L-1时,磷浓度越高其生长越好;A2与A9按照1:1比例混合,在27℃、黑暗条件下对青苔的防除效果最佳。
Algae-lysing bacterium strains A2 and A9 were isolated from paddy rice rhizosphere soil of Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences.The controlling effects of A2 on the moss were studied.The results showed that the strain A2 has fairly good controlling effects on the moss,and at a concentration of 108cfu·mL-1,the removal of moss was 64.70% after 4 days.The controlling effects of strain A2 on the moss was depended on its secretion.The effects of phosphates on strain A2growth were significant instinct.When the consentration of phosphates(K2HPO4+KH2PO4,1:1) was less than 3.00 g·L-1,the strain A2 grew in higher speed with higher consentration.The best lytic effects occurred at 27℃,darkness and the propotion of A2 and A9 1:1.
