摘要
采用扫描电镜法对经不同浓度S3007(0,8,15,25mg·L-1)处理的3a生草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis L)叶片气孔变化进行了初步研究。结果表明:不同浓度S3007处理后的草地早熟禾叶片气孔密度低于对照,且随处理浓度的增加气孔密度越小。25mg·L-1 S3007处理的气孔密度比CK减小10%~20%。不同浓度S3007处理的早熟禾叶片气孔开度不同程度减小,25mg·L-1 S3007处理的气孔开度最小,比CK减小20%~35%。分析认为,叶片气孔密度和开度减小,使气孔蒸腾阻力增加,有利于降低叶片水分散失,提高叶片含水量,增强草坪草的抗旱能力。
The stomas of Poa pratensis L.treated with different concentrations of S3007 were observed with SEM.The results showed that different concentrations of S3307(0,8,15,25 mg·L-1) decreased stoma density.Concentration and the stomas density decreased decreased by 10%-20%.At the same time,compared with the control group,different concentrations of S3307 decreased leaf stomas aperture,and the dccrease was by 20%-35%.Leaf stomas density and aperture increases the stomas resistance,which is beneficial for lowering the leaf water transpiration, strengthening the capacity of drought-resistant of grass plants.
