摘要 探讨了固定化脂肪酶Novozym435与TLIM混合催化餐饮废油合成生物柴油,研究了脂肪酶的用量与混合比例、醇油摩尔比、反应时间与温度、摇床速度、甲醇的添加方式对转酯反应的影响。结果表明:最佳合成条件为脂肪酶用量为废油质量的8%,Novozym435与TLIM混合比3∶1,醇油摩尔比1∶1,反应时间19h、反应温度45℃、摇床速度200r·min-1,甲醇采用两步法添加,甲酯转化率达到85.7%,脂肪酶在连续反应266h后,催化活性基本没有下降。 The transesterification of waste edible oil to biodiesel catalyzed by immobilized lipase Novozym435 and TLIM was explored,discussed the main influencing fators of the reacion including the dosage and ratio of the lipase,ratio of alcohol and waste edible oil,reaction time and temperature,speed of shaker and the manner of mathanol adding.Results show that the better reaction condition is that dosage and ratio of lipase is 8% of waste edible oil and 3:1,ratio of alcohol and waste edible oil is 1∶1,reaction time and temperature is 18h and 45℃,speed of shaker is 200r.min-1,mathanol was added in tow times,the mixture conversion rate of methyl is 85.7%.The lipase showed no appreciable loss in activity after being continuously operated for 252h.
