摘要 进行钢结构锈蚀后承载性能退化机理研究,建立锈蚀钢结构寿命预测方法,不仅可以避免在役锈蚀钢结构工程重大事故发生,同时也可以为在役锈蚀钢结构工程的安全控制与维修加固提供决策。在总结金属大气腐蚀规律研究成果的基础上,建立了大气腐蚀环境下既有钢结构构件锈蚀后抗弯承载能力预测模型,并运用该模型分析了我国北京等六个典型城市大气腐蚀环境下锈蚀钢结构构件承载能力退化趋势,为在役锈蚀钢结构可靠性评估提供参考依据。 When researching on the steel corrosion and degradation mechanism of bearing capacity, a prediction method for the corroded steel life is set up, which could not only avoid the major incidents, but also provide the decision-making for safety and reinforcement of the corroded steel projects. Based on the research results about the laws of atmospheric corrosion of metals, the prediction model for the flexural load-bearing capacity after corrosion of steel structures is set up, and with the model, the degradation trend of the flextural load-beating capacity after corrosion of the steel components is analyzed, which is in 6 typical cities including Beijing in China, providing references for the reliability assessment of the corroded steel structures in service.
