公路建设项目业主方施工质量控制研究

公路作为国民经济发展的基础设施发挥着越来越重要的作用,对其质量的控制成为业主一项极其重要的工作。从影响因素复杂性、质量变异性、质量隐蔽性和质量检查不可拆分性分析了公路建设项目施工质量控制的特点。并从事前控制、事中控制和事后控制3个角度设置了公路建设项目的流程,从施工准备阶段、工程施工阶段和竣工验收阶段进行质量控制。认为施工准备阶段的质量控制包括施工组织设计的审核和承包商资质的审核;工程施工阶段的质量控制包括质量控制点的设立、工序质量控制的实施、施工过程中的质量跟踪监控和对承包商的质量控制工作的监控。竣工验收阶段的质量控制包括建设成果检验、竣工审计和档案资料的整理。

Road, as the infrastructure of national economic development, has played an increasingly significant role. The control on the quality of road engineering also becomes an exceedingly important task. Here the characteristics of construction quality control in a road project are analyzed, from the complexity of influence factors, the variability of quality, the disguise of quality, and the impossibility of dismantlement during quality inspection, the flow of road construction project is set up from three angles such as the prior control, middle control and subsequent control, and the quality control is made in the construction preparation stage, construction stage and acceptance stage. It is considered that the quality control during construction preparation stage indudes the examination and verification of construction organization plan and contractors＇ qualification; the quality control during construction stage involves the establishment of quality control point, the implementation of working procedure quality control, the quality tracking supervision in construction process and the monitoring for contractor＇s quality control task; and the quality control during acceptance stage ranges over the construction achievement check, the audit of final completion, and the arrangement of profiles and data.
