摘要
施工项目承包商优选涉及到定量和定性两类指标,由于定性指标的不确定性和模糊性,用区间数表征更加符合实际。为此,提出一种基于区间数的新评标模型。首先,对决策矩阵进行规范化处理,并将其分解为中点矩阵和半径矩阵。其次,利用线性加权集成模型和误差传递公式计算备选方案的综合评价值区间数。最后,用可能度公式确定中标承包商。案例分析表明,该模型是可行和合理的。
Two kinds of indexes, i.e. quantitative indexes and qualitative indexes, should be considered in selection for contractor of construction project. Due to the uncertainty and fuzziness of the qualitative indexes, it is reasonable using interval numbers to characterize the indexes in bid evaluation model. Therefore, a new model for bid evaluation is proposed. Firstly, the decision-making matrix is standardized. Secondly, the matrix is separated into a mid-point matrix and radius matrix. Then, the linearly weighted aggregation and error transfer formula are employed to calculate the comprehensive evaluating values for all alternatives. Finally, the bid-awarding contractor is selected by using the possibility degree formula. Results of calculations for examples show that the proposed model is practical.
