摘要
依据碾压混凝土拱坝的结构特点和材料特性,应用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS,数值仿真模拟某碾压混凝土拱坝具体的分层浇筑施工、冷却水管通水冷却降温、诱导缝布置、水库蓄水、施工期度汛过程以及混凝土材料热学和力学特性随时间变化等因素,对施工期和运行期的坝体温度场和温度应力场的影响,提出了能满足设计规范要求的推荐施工方案,为碾压混凝土拱坝设计和施工的温控提供了参考依据。
According to the structural features and material properties of roller compacted concrete(RCC) arch dams, a large finite element software ANSYS is applied in the numerical and artificial simulation for a certain RCC arch dam, including its pouring lift by lift, pipe cooling, the arrangement of inducing joints, reservoir filling, flood handling during construction, the thermal and mechanical properties of materials, the temperature field and thermal stress field in coustruction and operation period and so on. At the same time, the recommended construction plan is put forward, which could meet the requirements of RCC arch dam' s design specifications and offer the reliable consultations for temperature controlling in the design and construction of RCC arch dams.
