摘要
针对当前广泛采用的岔管衬砌结构,提出了基于数值分析的内力求解和配筋方法。首先,给出了分析与围岩接触的复杂混凝土结构受力三维有限元方法。该方法对混凝土材料采用弹性计算,对围岩采用非线性迭代计算,可使数值计算成果符合规范的要求,直接应用于配筋设计。然后给出了确定内力求解区域的算法,可自动判断岔管衬砌结构的任意截平面内力求解区域和钢筋布设方式。给出了基于数值计算成果衬砌内力求解方法,可快速求解结构内力,从而适用规范进行配筋设计。最后将该方法应用于一抽水蓄能电站的岔管衬砌配筋,验证了该方法的有效性。
Based on numerical analysis results,the methods for solving structural internal force and reinforcement design are put forward for high pressure bifurcation lining structures.Firstly,the FEM method is proposed to calculate the complicated concrete structure which contacts with the surrounding rock.By elastically calculating the concrete and non-linearly calculating the surrounding rock,the results of FEM analysis can be used by design codes to conduct the reinforcement design.The algorithm to identify the solving zone of internal force is then presented. By automatic judgment, the steel layout mode is quickly defined. Finally, the method is used in the reinforcement design for bifurcation lining of a large pumped storage power plant, and the results indicate that the method proposed here is effective.
