摘要
加强大学生自主管理能力的培养是充分体现和实践科学发展观"以人为本"思想的现实需要,是提升高校学生管理工作层次和水平的新要求,是进一步提高高校人才培养质量的迫切要求。高校校园环境建设要适应大学生自主管理,通过校园硬件和软件环境的建设,创设和营造大学生自主管理的环境和氛围,促进大学生的成才。
This paper points out that strengthening the cultivation of the self-management ability of university students is the practical demand of human-oriented idea in the scientific development view, the new requirement of promoting management levels and standards for students in universities, and the urgent need of further enhancing the talent training quality in universities. University campus environment should fit with self-management of university students.
