河南汝州矿泉浴对银屑病患者免疫球蛋白及补体C_3的影响

The effect on psoriasis patient with immunoglobulin and complement C 3 in mineral spring barh of Henan Ruzhou

目的探讨矿泉浴对银屑病患者免疫球蛋白及补体Ｃ３的影响，为矿泉浴治疗银屑病提供理论依据。方法采用汝州矿泉浸浴治疗５６例银屑病患者，在治疗前后分别检查其血ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ和补体Ｃ３，并设对照组进行对照。结果经统计处理，银屑病患者在治疗前，其ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ和补体Ｃ３与对照组相比明显升高，Ｐ＜０．０１，在治疗后ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ和补体Ｃ３趋于正常，与对照组相比无明显差异。

Objective To probe the effecton psoriasis patient with immunoglobulin and complement C 3 in the mineral spring bath and to supply a theoretial basis for the mineral spring bath treating psoriasis. Methods We adopted Ruzhou mineral spring bath totreat 56 cases psoriasis patient,before and after treatment to measured serum IgG,IgA,IgM and complement C 3 and comparison. Results Before treatment,psoriasis patients IgG,IgA,IgM and complement C 3 were obviously higher than control group (P<0.01),after treatment it tented to normal.Treaing group and the control group were no obviously difference. Conclusion The humoral immunity of the psoriasis patient can be improved by the mineral spring bath and tend to normal.
