Study on Accelerating Advancing the Construction of Economic Circle around Kunming

随着城市经济的快速发展,世界各国纷纷采取围绕中心城市开展生产力布局的模式,以放大城市的带动作用,借助城市经济实现区域的快速、协调发展。中国也不例外,长三角、珠三角地区构建城市群的实践,表明国内生产力布局模式正逐渐向城市主导型转变。为此,研究环昆经济圈战略定位、发展目标、空间布局、建设重点,加快环昆经济圈的形成和发展,实现云南省生产要素的最佳配置和经济结构的优化,进一步缩小区域间、城乡间发展差距,以促进云南省经济统筹协调和持续快速发展。

With the fast development of urban economy, the mode of distributing productive forces around centre cities is adopted by many countries in order to expand the driving effect of cities, and achieve fast and coordinative development of different regions by borrowing urban economy. It is the same in China. The construction of urban groups in Yangtze River delta and Zhujiang River delta shows that the domestic distribution mode of productive forces is transforming to urban- oriented type. Therefore, studies should be done on the economic circle around Kunming to help accelerating the construction and the development of the economic circle. The purpose is to achieve the best allocation of productive factors and optimize the economic structure of Yunnan province. In this way, regional and urban -rural differences can be further diminished, and the overall coordination and sustainable and rapid development of Yunnan＇ s economy can be promoted.
