摘要
乙酰乙酸乙酯是一种重要的有机合成及药物合成中间体,其合成是有机实验中的一个重要内容,实验中利用乙醇钠催化乙酸乙酯,发生Claisen缩合来制备。本文对该合成实验进行了全面介绍,分析了金属钠取用、摇钠和减压蒸馏中存在的问题,提出了改变催化剂使用方法和改变蒸馏方式等改进措施,提高了该实验的教学效果。
The ethyl acetoacetate is an important intermediate of organic and drug synthesis and also an important content in organic synthesis experiment. According to Claisen condensation principle, ethyl alcohol is catalyzed hy sodium ethoxide and generated ethyl acetoacetate in experiment. This paper introduces comprehensively this synthesis experiment, and analyzes the existing problems of removing and shaking sodium and vacuum distillation, and makes some improvements to enhance the effectiveness of experimental teaching, including change methods of catalyst used and distillation.
