摘要
分别采用氧化物、碳和金属、氧化物、碳为原料,研究用微波作为加热手段合成Al2OC碳氧化物的可行性,比较两种不同原料组成的合成效果,优化合成的工艺条件。对烧结产物用XRD分析物相,用SEM观察形貌,并作能谱分析确定点的元素组成。结果表明:以氧化物、碳为原料时1700℃下能生成Al4C3但观察不到碳氧化物;以金属、氧化物、碳为原料时1500℃下能观察到Al4C3和碳氧化物Al2OC。
The possibility of using (oxide + carbon ) and (metal + oxide + carbon) for microwave synthesis of Al2OC was studied. Comparing the synthetic effects with two different raw materials composition, and optimize the processing, the morphologies and mierostruetures of the product were investigated by XRD and SEM, and make spectrum analysis to determine the elements of the points. The results indicate that using the ( oxide + carbon) as raw materials, Al4C3 was observe but not oxycarbides under the temperature 1700 ℃; while using (metal + oxide + carbon) as raw materials, observed new phases Al4C3 and Al20C.
