摘要
本文针对MoSi2材料室温下韧性差的缺点,进行了对MoSi2室温增韧的研究并采用热压烧结技术制备了五氧化二钽(Ta2O5)改性MoSi2复合材料。研究了不同Ta2O5粉末掺量对MoSi2材料性能的影响,测试了纯MoSi2和掺杂Ta2O5改性MoSi2材料的室温力学性能。研究结果表明:在MoSi2体系中加入Ta2O5后,随着Ta2O5含量的增加,复合材料的整体室温力学性能得到改善;Ta2O5在MoSi2体系的增韧机制取决于它的分散状态。
In this work, toughening problem of MoSi2 at room temperature was investigated in order to overcome the weak toughness of MoSi2. MoSi2 composites modified by Ta2O5 grain were prepared by hotpress sintering technology and the influence of different Ta2O5 content on properties of MoSi2 was also studied, the mechanical properties of MoSi2 modified with or without Ta2O5 were also measured by electronic universal testing machine and vickers hardometer. The investigation indicated that Ta2O5 can improve the room-temperature mechanical properties, which increased with the Ta2O5 content. The disperse state is responsible for the toughening mechanism in MoSi2.
